     I am certified in appraisals and educated in waterfront construction to enable my sellers to make the best 
           decision during the negotiating process of selling their home. My knowledge in Home and Mold Inspection will
        prevent delays and cancelation of contracts due to the 4 point inspection process required by insurance and 
            mortgage companies today. The education as a "Broker" licensed in many different fields of real estate, allows
     me "exclusive" access to a vast network of government web sites, new laws and immediate notification of
reformed laws.

           My philosophy is "placing the client first", listening to your needs, and being accessible to respond to
   your concerns.
